Dunseverick

Here's another view of the crag which Dunseverick Castle once perched atop. Looking down the right hand side, you can see how sheer the sides are, and the little inlet would have been an ideal place for landing boats.
All that remains of the castle are the side walls at the front, but you can get the idea from this picture that the occupants of Dunseverick enjoyed beautiful views of the ocean, stretching across to Rathlin Island and beyond to Scotland.
